What are my responsibilities?

• You will manage the financial and commercial affairs of the procurement and IT functions of the country. Ensure the provisions of a cost effective service delivery and governance function which supports the strategic and operational targets of the procurement and IT departments at Siemens AB.
• In partnership with the heads of procurement and IT, lead the budget process for the country and ensure proper approval and communication to all relevant stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for the set-up and embedding of effective financial processes and charging methodologies. Structure and lead the regular procurement and IT KPIs and performance reports.
• Develop a strong working relationship with divisional and infrastructure controlling functions in country and sub hub North West Europe. Ensure adequate finance support provision is delivered to the procurement and IT functions and conversely that all required financial commitments are met.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• We want you to have a degree in business administration.
• We believe you have been working in a similar role.
• You have an understanding of procurement and IT and can quickly grasp the understanding of the business.
• You have the ability to see the big picture and and master complexity.
• Your communication skills are excellent in Swedish and English.
• You can work focused and meet deadlines.
• You are interested in improving and developing processes to find new ways of working more efficiently.
