We are looking for you who wants to work with advanced technical support regarding industrial metal 3D-printers in an international environment. You will work with some of the biggest and most exciting customers in the aerospace and orthopaedic industry as well as our own staff throughout the world.
As a support engineer you will work with escalated cases, technical troubleshooting, analysing log files, correcting problems and ensure that they do not repeat themselves by feedback to our R&D. Also included is the development of written instructions for troubleshooting and operations for both our customers and our own service engineers. You will also keep training courses in our EBM technology.
To qualify for this position, we believe you have a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent with a great interest in new technology. Experience and knowledge from production and/or materials is an advantage as well as experience from troubleshooting within PLC, electrical- and mechanical systems. You are hands-on and you are inspired by problem solving at a high level. You are proficient in English, both written and verbally and you enjoy travelling and face new challenges in your work. As a person you are independent and analytical and you find it easy to communicate on different levels in different cultures.
