hela Sverige Job Summary:We are now looking for a Support engineer to MTAS. You will be providing support services to MTAS users, enabling best user experience for the product. Collaboration, innovation and customer focus are important factors to reach success.As a person, you are social, curious, want to make things happen and are keen to learn and improve things. You are interested in people, have good communication skills and want to have fun at work.You are keen on solving problems as they arise and have a genuine technical interest in understanding the system behaviors. You will be working in a team that troubleshoots problems together with design organizations from different locations within Ericsson. You will drive and ensure satisfactory solution of problems. You will also identify and document workarounds and proposals for system improvements.
