Today, many companies have adopted Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for their software development. Some have even successfully implemented CI/CD for both software and hardware within specific product platforms. Our mission is to create an automated pipeline - an integration-as-a-service solution - that allows designers to Build, Configure, and Trigger relevant tests for both software and hardware across the complete Scania modular system.

Who you are:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Support Engineer.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in effectively managing incidents and service requests, while also working to enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incidents and route incidents to respective functional areas.
Resolve incidents or issues quickly and effectively, adhering to SLA guidelines.
Develop a comprehensive known error database and knowledge base to facilitate self-resolution of incidents.
Engage with end-users to understand and solve their problems.
Implement an early and effective feedback loop to keep users informed and engaged.
Drive initiatives aimed at improving the overall user experience.
Standardize and optimize processes to improve efficiency and consistency.


Your Profile:
A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow or similar, demonstrating the ability to manage tickets and workflows efficiently.
Experience with incident handling (L2-L3) and customer support.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to various situations and managing multiple priorities with a proactive attitude.
Background in the IT industry is desirable.
Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional interaction.
Exceptional proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal

Knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure & Services.
Knowledge on test and continuous integration services.
