Are you interested in technical support, collaboration, and product improvement? Join our team of Support Engineers in Örebro! The team is part of the Technical Service department, and you will be located in the Technical Service office next to R&D and Production in the Surface division factory in Örebro.
Your mission
The Technical Support team is responsible to provide technical support to our service technicians around the world. Additionally, the role involves continuous product improvement work together with internal and external stakeholders such as colleagues and customers.
Your profile
To thrive in this role, you will benefit from being communicative, collaborative, technically apt and thorough. It is a great benefit having good command in both English and Swedish, as you will interact with people from all over the world. Being humble and energetic will help you to understand the requirements from customers and colleagues and to work on implementing requested changes on our products. Understanding the Epiroc Surface Equipment and already having a network in place are of great benefit. We see that you have an engineering degree or equivalent from work experience.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel may occur.
