As a support engineer you will be part of the global support team that remote (e-mail, phone) handles our customers 24/7.
You will be based in Stockholm together with 3 colleagues, 2 colleagues are based in Atlanta, USA and 2 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The areas of responsiblity includes post-implementation technical support services; installation, trouble-shooting, installation and maintanance of products and services provided by DigitalRoute.
Some degree of travel might be required mainly in the EMEA region, but also globally to support our global business needs. You also have remote on-call one weekend a month (daytime).
We are looking for someone with experience in Java programming and a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering. Your are fluent in English, reading and writing.
As a person you are a hands-on with a focus on quality and communicaiton. You are good at taking own initiative and likes to work proactivly. You are a good team player who thrive around challenges and are good at analysis and problem solving.
