For a client we are looking for a customer focused and driven Technical Support Engineer. You will work in a team responsible for support and resolution of issues for the customers product suite in a inspiring and progressive corporate culture.

The work involves incident management to resolve reported incidents as quickly as possible and build a Knowledge Base with solutions.
You will work closely with the end user and be an important part in customer relationships, some of the work will also be carried out at the perimeters of the end user. You will be involved in customer and partner events as an important part.

You are a driven and flexible person who constantly seeks good result. You have excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, and a mindset that is reflected by troubleshooting and problem solving. You have good analytical skills making it easy for you to learn new areas of expertise and to keep several cases running simultaneously. It is also important to have a customer focused attitude and being a team player. Although the work has a fast pace, you can maintain a high level of service.

We prefer that you have a degree equivalent to Bachelor in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent, and that you have skills in administration of Windows platforms.

You must have the following experience and skills:

• Very good spoken and written skills in English and French
• At least 2-4 years experience in IT and/or software support
• Preferably some knowledge in some of the following areas:
• Desktop: Windows OS, Database, C + + / C #. NET, LUA, XML, HTML, ASPX, SQL, JavaScript
• Server: Windows OS, monitoring, Web Services, IIS, SharePoint, Hardware setup / maintenance

It is an advantage but not mandatory if you also have skills and certifications in ITIL and Customer Service.
