hela Sverige We are searching for a support engineer to our customer, an international company with offices in Sweden, the UK, the US and Ireland. They have one the the best software development teams in the world as well as a strong team of support and technical representatives. The position is placed in central Stockholm.
Description and requirements
You will be part of a small group responsible for giving support to customers (who often are technicians) with problems related to our clients product.
• Bachelor?s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant combination of training and experience
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work
• Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with peers and partners are key skills
• The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
• Excellent writing skills. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.)
• Excellent telephone mannerisms. Some support will be provided over the phone
• Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
• Knowledge in MSSQL, Windows Server, IIS and ActiveDirectory
• Fluent in swedish and english
