HansaWorld is looking for a motivated self starter to join us as a Support Consultant.The Support Consultant is responsible for providing telephone and internet consultations to existing customers on software issues. This is a customer- and service-oriented work requiring good communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:

• Communicate to existing customers about software issues by phone and/or internet, providing advise on software usage, according to conditions of maintenance agreement;
• Upsell licenses and services while on the phone with customers and forward sales opportunities to the sales organisation;
• Assist software testing;
• Maintain and constantly improve product knowledge;
• Proactively update yourself by reading manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to keep up with the latest in the industry.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills
• Flexibility to adjust to new environment and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Information Technology / Business / Accounting or a similar subject
• Fluent in Swedish
• Excellent English language skills
• One or more years of experience in bookkeeping or consulting with similar software
• Experience in a fast paced office environment
