Ipendo Platform? is our web and client server based IP management platform. It?s an extremely flexible system that handles all IP-types and related processes. Ipendo Platform? is an IP management system designed for both IP attorney firms and corporations and its availability via the web allows the client?s users to access their account from anywhere around the globe.

The Software Support Team provide 1st and 2nd line support to a growing European client base, including both attorney firms and large corporations. To strengthen our European team, we are looking to recruit a Support Consultant in our Malmö office.

Principal Duties
Analyze and respond to client issues to ensure they are resolved accurately and efficiently whilst respecting the Service Level Agreements.
Develop an in depth understanding of the CPA Software products and services to provide the best advice and support for clients which meets their requirements and expectations.
Work closely with the Professional Services teams to ensure smooth passage to support following project work.
Listen to customer feedback and ideas for improving CPA Software products and package such for the development teams.
Provide clear and reproducible descriptions of defects to the development teams.
Develop the support knowledge base and share knowledge with other Business Units around CPA Global.
When required, create issue summary documents and organize WebEx conferences with clients to discuss status of all issues.
Perform other activities at the request of the line manager.

Key Skills and Experience
Preferably 2 or more years experience in the support of web and client server based software or similar complex business applications for large enterprises ? good graduates will also be considered.
Technical skills, preferably including SQL Server, Microsoft excel, SharePoint
Structured, process-oriented and systematic approach
Strong customer and service orientation
High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and the necessary attention to detail
Strong teamwork and integration capability
High level of written and oral communication in English
IP knowledge a plus

As CPA Global is a truly global company some European travel may be required on an occasional basis.
