For our client we are looking for a Support Consultant

Job description:
We are looking for consultant to work with Asset Management with the key responsibilities of:
Provide support for End User Requests for all local Customers.
Ensure the ability to deliver equipment and support according to Service Levels
Ensure documentation and follow-up communications are performed in a professional way
Be the natural contact for end-users regarding questions around equipment orders
Troubleshoot and resolve system and order issues.
Provide or assist in reporting requests on as needed basis.

Role Requirements
Basic understanding of End User Equipment Asset Management
Basic understanding of Web Shop environments
Ability to work in multiple delivery and management tools
Ability to work with Vendors and Purchasing tools

Start: Asap
Duration: According to agreement
Location: Gothenburg
Work load: 100%
Working language: English
