Who is your future team?
The Material Supply team is responsible for ensuring the right material & component availability for all of Axis products at our sites around the world. We are 28 persons within the team working in different commodity groups, acting on a global level.
What you'll do here as a Supply Process developer:
Your mission will be to make us prepared for the future, improve our Material Supply Processes and supporting growth in a dynamic environment. In this role you will support the Material Supply organization with process development, process descriptions, templates, tools, analysis, and recommendations to ensure that we, in cooperation with suppliers, can deliver according to the agreed performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner.
You will work with:
* Translate business objectives to ways of working within Material Supply
* Develop, analyze and continuously improve Material Supply's KPI's.
* Initiate and drive improvement areas with cross functional collaboration
* Be part of defining continuous improvements in purchasing order management process
* Train internal stakeholders in Axis Purchase Order Management processes
Who are you?

You have good organizational skills as well as ability to see both the details and the big picture - making the right priorities. You easily co-operate across organizational borders, build strong collaboration and relations with key stakeholders. We believe that you of course are passionate about Supply Chain! You wish to contribute and interact on a global level and be a part of an ambitious team where we make things happen!
We'd love to hear that you have:
* A bachelor's degree in related area
* Deep knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
* Experiences from driving, implementing and documenting cross functional processes
* Very good English and Swedish skills both verbally and written
* Experience min 3 yrs of working with supply chain and purchasing process
* Experience working in ERP system
