About the role
Our global supply planning team is growing, and we are looking to add a new Supply Planning Manager to our team. We are creating a world-class team and we are looking for highly motivated individuals that want to make a change.
As the Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain, from forecasting demand to executing supply plans and monitoring inventory levels. Utilize your expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers while maximizing cost savings.
As we are a company in the start-up phase, you will be part of building the team and our capabilities. You will be an integral part of the journey in building the company itself and get the freedom and responsibility to set the standards, the way we work and how we collaborate internally and with the supply market. You create and shape our future as well as our culture as a team.
Your main responsibilities include:
• E2E responsibility of supply planning for balanced availability in Production, all DC and DPs according to forecasts across all products.
• Be a key player in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Strategize collaboratively with Logistics, Production and Demand to fully utilise production, warehouse, and distribution capacity.
• Reviewing, developing, and implementing finished goods and raw material inventory policies
• Be key player in converting demand forecast through the S&OP process to give input for negotiating frame orders to raw material suppliers
• Play a critical role within the weekly planning & production meetings, ensuring all timelines are kept to, and all detail on supply plan for raw materials into our various warehouses is fully prepared.
• Liaise with our key suppliers and procurement to navigate around any potential risks regarding supply
• Key role in ensuring new product launches are hit on time, with all teams tasks to be completed on time.
