We are now looking for a Supply Planning Manager to lead and develop our Supply Planning function.
As Supply Planning Manager, you are overall responsible for the process of planning the supply chain and work to ensure correct inventory levels according to forecasts and sales plans. You are leading a team with Supply Planners, and reporting to the Product Development & Supply Chain Director.
You guide your team in delivering towards specific goals, such as; service levels, on-time delivery, order fulfillment, inventory turns and increasing gross margin and return-on-investment, and actively work to ensure and develop the forecast and planning work at Clas Ohlson. You plan the flow of goods to optimize transportation and inventory management costs.
In this role you will work close to several functions within logistics/supply chain, such as transport, import and customs, distribution center as well as in matrix with functions in the Growth organization, such as assortment planning, retail planning, category planning and space planning.
About the position
This is a permanent full time position, with access to the position according to agreement. The location is Clas Ohlson HQ, Insjön.
Are you the one we are looking for?
As this role involves leading and developing a larger team of co-workers, we believe you are an experienced and confident leader, who is used to both leading and collaborating with other managers and co-workers, with a couple of years of experience. You are a skilled communicator who acts with confidence and you are used to working in a matrix organization with several stakeholders.
We believe that you have a higher education and degree from any relevant field, such as logistics, industrial economics, business administration or purchasing, or have otherwise gained the corresponding skills and experience through working life.
