Are you a highly skilled logic-analytical SCM professional with experience and drive for working in a global environment in process industry?
As the current position holder moves into another position within our function, we are now seeking for Supply Planning Manager to take the lead in providing balanced supply plan from Borlänge mill and for planning the material flow to meet the demand and required service level. In this role you get to be involved in maximizing our sales possibilities with existing supply capabilities, optimized costs and inventories. You get to lead a team of 4 supply planning professionals and you are a vital part of our planning team. Location Borlänge.
About the position
Main responsibilities of the position cover
• Creating optimized supply plan for Borlänge mill as a part of SSAB Europe plan
• Supply planning and load management in month and week level
• Tactical planning and mill allocation management for own responsibility area
• Responsibility of technical order approval in Borlänge
• Supply network development with our planning team

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role you need to have Master's degree in Engineering or similar and at least 5 years work experience from relevant field. You have excellent communication skills and you enjoy negotiating and influencing in a wide network. Knowledge in SCM planning basics and understanding supply chain is a necessity. You master both Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing. Knowledge of MES, APS systems and analytical tools is counted as a benefit.
