We are looking for a Supply Planner who will have a key responsibility to secure a high service level and act as the link between suppliers, warehouse, the organization and customers. OM TJÄNSTEN
In your role you will work with developing the logistical area that over the years has become more important for the customer experience and overall quality perception. This role comes with many interpersonal touchpoints to other parts of the Swedish organization so the Supply Planner's position is central and very communication driven. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of your portfolio, from replenishment to returns and refurbishment/re-use. You are expected to embrace the complete responsibility that comes with the role but you are also given freedom to set the future development path for this particular role.

You will be joining a diverse supply planning team of 11 other colleagues that are responsible for demand- and supply planning of all hardware products they sell to B2C and B2B customers, as well as products and material used to build and maintain their fixed and mobile networks. The team is demographically balanced with a healthy mix of experience and can-do attitude. The whole supply chain department is known for openness and honesty, along with high standards in work ethics, engagement and seeing things from the bigger perspective. You will always have cross functional relationships internally with the other supply chain functions Inventory Control, Operations & Aftermarket, Logistics Development and Project Management.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

• Replenishment to central warehouse inventory as well as project inventory for ordinary assortment and customer specific products.
• Create forecasts for all related products in conjunction with the Business Unit.
• Inventory optimization.
• Sparepart management for you product area/business area/portfolio.
• Analyze and suggest improvements to optimize your logistical flows.
• Take lead in assigned tasks related to projects within your portfolio.
• Measure/review and follow up the suppliers in your portfolio to improve quality in relation to lead time accuracy, inbound accuracy, product availability etc.
• Create base for analysis and reports.
• Contribute to strategic development of the goods flow in your area.
• Supplier invoice management.
• Conduct internal reporting and distribution of relevant information.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• 1-3 years' experience in supply chain planning/replenishment where you have have a holistic perspective. Experience of industries within manufacturing-/pharmaceutical- or retail is meritorious for this position.
• University/college/higher education in business economics, engineering, logistics or equivalent. Education within industrial engineering and management is meritorious for this position.
• Experience in ERP systems (Visma and Microsoft NAV preferably) and with standardized processes such as S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
• Fluent in Swedish and advanced level in business English.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office with emphasis Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of financial follow-up and accounting principles.
