As a supply planner for LensLogistics you will manage all the aspects of the supply process and have the overall responsibility for coordination of internal and external information flow with suppliers and departments. You will ensure timely and cost efficient ordering and delivery of material for production and distribution. Further you will determine requirements from the marketing plan and from analyzing material flows to ensure optimal forecasting, promotion and listing. You will also manage and process selected material to achieve the lowest cost with regards to both administrated and stock keeping costs. In determining that the right activity and customer service are chosen and in coordinating the sales and operation planning you will work closely with the marketing department. You will keep the purchasing module and affected part of the inventory module in Oracle up to speed and update forecasts, inventory planning and supply orders to ensure accurate orders and optimum stock level.
Professional Skill Requirements
You have recently finished a relevant university degree and have knowledge in purchasing as well as general business knowledge. You have experience from forecasting and business systems, preferentially Oracle e-business suite. Good working knowledge in Swedish as well as English is a requirement. Good computer and MS Office skills are also essential.

You have excellent communication and people skills. You are analytical, detail oriented, proactive, and flexible. Additionally you are a self motivated, positive and problem solving team player with a strong customer focus.
