This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to gain experience in planning as well as working in an international company. We are looking for a summer backup during jun-aug.
Dellner Couplers in Vika south of Falun are looking for a Supply Planner. We are an expansive and international company that delivers sustainable, innovative, and high-quality products and services to train operators and builders worldwide. Our product line consists of couplers, gangways, and crash management systems for the rail industry.
Supply Chain Planning at Dellner includes analyzing, understanding, and controlling the complete flow from purchasing of material, transport to stock management and assembly of finished products. Task could include order handling, analyzing delays and communicating consequences or need for rescheduling.
Our suppliers and customers are both internal and external. The work involves close collaboration with all of Dellner's functions, including subcontractors.

Your role
The role as Supply Planner includes monitoring needs and placing orders on materials according to production needs and ensuring timely deliveries. The responsibility also includes analyzing inventory levels, ensuring that the ERP system is properly configured and set up with the right master data - and thus enabling intelligent planning.

*That you are studying to get a university degree equal to a BSc or MSc.
* You speak both Swedish and English and have good communication skills.
* You have easy to learn, are driven, service-oriented and flexible with a very good collaboration ability.
* You have a great sense of responsibility and take ownership.
Success factors
* In this role, you need a large work capacity and be able to plan you work by yourself.
* You enjoy taking action and you prioritize quickly and adjust your level of ambition according to the needs of the business at the moment.
* It is important that you have a good numerical and analytical ability including good knowledge in MS Excel for data processing.
* Knowledge of M3 or other ERP system is a merit.
