We are looking for a Supply Planner to join Haugen-Gruppen based at the new office in Stockholm. The company is experiencing an expansion phase and is re-organizing its business set-up to further increase the competitiveness on the Swedish market. The Supply Planning function is critical for the business and will now be closer to the commercial side for an effective supply chain and communication both internally and towards principals.

About the Role

As a Supply Planner within Haugen-Gruppen, you will purchase orders and follow-up several suppliers and ensure that Haugen-Gruppen achieves the right stock level that contributes to a high delivery accuracy at the lowest cost and a low food wastage. As a Supply Planner within Haugen-Gruppen you need to be service minded and act systematically, structured, and quickly to resolve any upcoming supply constraints. Detailed analyses, structured planning and a close dialogue across functions and countries are key to proactively avoid constraints and optimize the setup. You will also be an active part in achieving a supply chain structure to improve the logistic setup.

Key responsibilities

• Based on forecasts, create purchase orders and order transportation. Achieve inventory levels that contribute to a high delivery service to customers, minimal waste of finished goods and optimized transportation costs.

• Plan and optimize inventory levels by setting models and parameters such as safety stock, order frequency, etc. to achieve good inventory rotation and optimize working capital.

• Monitor and analyze results/KPIs to take corrective action and ensure improvements.

• Coordinate and collaborate with demand planners, carriers, suppliers, warehouses, warehouse production, etc. to ensure a cost-effective flow with the right delivery service throughout the value chain.

• Ensure continuous improvement of the supply planning process and identify and propose improvements throughout the value chain.

• Be the contact person for suppliers and customer service / commercial regarding delivery issues, next production, availability etc.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain in other markets to jointly achieve better performance both in the short and long term.

• Work proactively in S&OP to ensure that the supply chain meets the requirements.

What we are looking for

You have minimum a bachelor's degree within Supply Chain Management or similar and 2-3 years of experience working with supply chain. You have a structured way of working, good IT-understanding and proven analytical skills. You also have the ability to take charge of your own work and the flexibility to quickly act to solve daily upcoming challenges. Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, in both Swedish and English are a prerequisite. Good understanding of dependencies and consequences related to costs, inventory, warehousing, transportation, shelf life and spoilage. You have an inner drive to develop and to do your best every day.
