hela Sverige We have an immediate opening for a Supply Planner who will manage and maintain the supply plan, ensuring that it is translated into the schedule, for the Levasil product line in the region.
As Supply Planner you will also be responsible for ensuring effective translation of demand inputs (forecast and sales orders) into a production plan. In addition you will play a key role in the success of the Arkieva planning software implementation within the region.
The Supply Planner will work closely with the S&OP Analyst, Regional Sales, Customer Service, Site Production Planning and Internal/External Logistics.
Main responsibilities
• Develop Mid and Short Term Supply Plan to regional sites- Initiate and execute short and medium term supply optimization from given customer demand and plant cost and capacity structure
• Develop and provide plants with weekly/monthly supply plan
• Deliver a short and medium term production plan for the sites within the region
• Actively drive to improve planning/scheduling related activities in the plants
• Perform scheduling tasks for plants without dedicated scheduler
• Regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)- Responsible for inputs into the Supply Plan for the S&OP
• Develop a Production Schedule resulting from the S&OP output
• Evaluation of trends to identify potential supply and inflationary risks
• Communicate the plan and report performance- Prepare presentation materials and support analysis for regional supply meeting
• Collect and summarize inventory forecasts and forecast accuracy
• Monthly collection, analysis and distribution of inventory, forecast and accuracy analysis
• Maintain Systems and Processes- Support the development, documentation and implementation of global standards for inventory management
• Act as regional lead for implementation of Arkieva planning software for the product group

This is a permanent position on a full time basis, reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director. It will be based at one of the PPC sites in Europe.

• Bsc, MBA or MSc in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing (production scheduling and inventory control)
• Strong level computer skills to prepare statistical reports and run optimization programs
• Strong ERP and/or advanced planning software experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to creatively solve problems while maintaining a timely and cost effective approach
• Good organizational and time management skills with an ability to work under pressure
• Customer focused and team oriented
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English
