Our S&OP (sales and operation) team in Huskvarna currently consists of more than 40 great colleagues who are working to ensure best possible value through the work done within the department. Main function of the supply planning team within S&OP is to be the natural link between sales organization/Distributors and informing our factories/suppliers about what to produce and when.
You will join a team of 9 colleagues with diverse experience. You will operate in a high pace environment where change is more or less constant. Our team is defined by a positive attitude with collaboration at it's core.
By joining us you'll also be working within an international environment, with a range of different nationalities, wide span of ages and experience but also an equal gender distribution. The location for the position is Huskvarna but you will interact with people from all over the world. You will also join a culture where help is always close by if needed and a function with a well-established S&OP processes.
Your role
Initially in this role your main task is to support your colleagues with different administrative tasks ensuring we're able to deliver best possible quality and value through our processes. You will quickly grow in this role by also being given an own area of responsibility as a supply and inventory planner.
Common tasks are to:
Provide forecast and net demand to factories
Be in close contact with factories and inform organization on supply plans / deviations
Discuss and agree on flexibility with factories
Ensure fair supply / prioritization In case of bottlenecks
Coordinate product phase in/out
Manage inventory at our RDC's
Provide demand coordinators and demand planners with delivery information

Other requirements for the position:
University Degree and/or equivalent experience within Supply Chain.
Good English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
