As Supply and Demand Planner you will have a key role in our Supply Chain organization in Stenungsund. Our Supply Chain stands for a cost-efficient service to our internal and external customers, and is an important link between production, sales, customer service and end customer. You will work in an international environment with customer service in US, Sweden, China and Japan, production in Sweden and China, and external warehouses in US and Japan. You will communicate with your stakeholders, read forecasts and analyze data to always make sure to maintain right balance between inventories, supply and demand in a complex environment. You will be the focal point for both operational and strategical supply and demand challenges. As Supply and Demand Planner you will travel to US and Japan 2-4 times per year.

Main responsibilities

• Be the link between customer service (US, Sweden, China and Japan), production and our external storages in US and Japan to plan that goods will be delivered in time and in full to end customers.
• Plan, initiate and monitor Intercompany replenishments.
• Plan and coordinate tolling which includes purchases of higher amines & lower amines products and packaging from suppliers, delivery and tolling at external warehouse.
• Monitor sales allocation plan for US and purchased goods.
• First point of contact for warehouse related and transport related issues for US material and plan stock replenishment based on sales forecast for Japan
• Handle invoices by approving service charges from external storage

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in economics and/or logistics
• Experience and/or interest in SAP, Excel and PowerPoint
• Some years of relevant experience is preferred
• Professional English skills, verbal and written and some knowledge in Swedish

Ethylene and Sulfur Derivatives (ESD) is one of the Business Units within Nouryon. ESD offers very diverse chemicals which find themselves in everyday items like paints, detergents, air craft coatings, agricultural products, tiling compounds, pharmaceutics, foods, adhesives, plastics, cosmetics and many others. In general, ESD produces chemical intermediates and performance chemicals which are used by customers to make the end products as mentioned.
