Job Summary
By utilizing our modern logistics platform, the Services Supply Network (SNN) within Tetra Pak Services, serve customers all over the world with spare parts via our distribution centres in Lund, Shanghai, Dubai, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. Our aim is to be a world class spare part provider to our customers.
SSN main task is to secure the best customer experience by securing availability of spare parts with right quality. Quality Specialist main task is to secure that non-conformity parts are not spread in the global network via distribution centres to our customers.

To further strengthen the team, we are now recruiting a new Supply Network Quality Specialist. This position is based is Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global area. Find your next challenge in our highly skilled Quality Network Specialist team.
What you will do
As a Supply Quality Network Specialist, you are responsible to pro-actively drive quality improvements in SSN, as well as responsible for how SSN manages poor quality on parts. In the role you drive and develop both proactive and reactive countermeasures to address deviations of parts in the global business landscape. In this role you will also work in close collaboration with the Quality Lab and Supplier Quality Engineers in Lund, Italy and China.
Except from the above you will:
Drive and support activities in Tetra Pak quality platform
Secure parts in stock are handled correct in accordance with latest drawing version
Drive the Quality Network in SSN and support with data (analysis, Power BI reports etc)
Pick goods from the warehouse and deliver to Quality Investigation Lab for Quality checks
Perform quality checks on parts according to drawing
Point of contact for Quality aspects of supply network in projects
We believe you have
Technical degree
Experience and understanding of reading drawings
Knowledge in Power BI
Good communication and collaboration skills
Fluency in English both verbal and written is required
Experience in SAP ECC, Phyton or any high-level language is an advantage
Practical experience from a similar role in a similar setting is also seen as an advantage
