Filippa K is now offering you the opportunity to get a challenging and exciting position in one of Scandinavia's most successful fashion companies. We are now seeking a Supply Manager with solid leadership skills and with an ability to make things happen, to work with Filippa K's supply department.

Publiceringsdatum2013-03-04Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Supply Manager within Filippa K you will be responsible for leading and developing the supply department in all aspects, meaning, people, organization and processes. Your direct staff responsibility is around 15 people. You will be responsible for securing and developing the supply strategy, the supply tactics as well as supply operations within the whole of Filippa K, containing sourcing, purchasing and logistics as specific parts of the supply chain.
You are expected to collaborate with colleagues within the Range and Sales department to ensure and develop the supply chain in all aspects from product development to the customer meeting in the store. The role includes responsibility for all parts of the Filippa K costs of good sold, the costs within the own department, the total inventory of Filippa K as well as the accounts payable.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this position, it is a requirement that you have several years' of experience in successfully leading and coordinating personnel, processes and projects. You have a relevant university degree and four to six years' experience within supply chain. It is a great advantage if you have experience from a retail or fashion industry and or from working within an international company.
Your English as well as your Swedish is fluent, written as well as spoken. As a person you are open minded and proactive. You have a genuine interest in Filippa K and you are structured, team-oriented and focused on development. You act as a good role model and have excellent leadership skills. Furthermore, you are self-going with an ability to make decisions. Of course, your values are in line with Filippa K's - style, simplicity and quality.
