Responsibilities:
• Ensure the compliance of the Business Plan within Nordic cluster.
• Guarantee the competitiveness of local wholesale service offers and ensure fulfilment of purchases and general services.
• Management of contracts with local Value-Added Services suppliers and operators.
• Coordination with Service Management Center.
• Management of credits and claims regarding Service Level Agreements.
• Negotiate prices and local conditions with different users of telecommunications within the country.
• Negotiate the emission of orders to local users as well as suppliers.
• Control invoices and orders, and monitoring the operations until the payment. This function will be coordinated with the Administration and Finance area.
Krav/Essential requirements:
Requirements:
• University Degree, preferably in Engineering.
• 4 - 5 years of experience in negotiating within the Telecommunications Sector (Value-Added Services, equipments, services, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Telecommunications Regulations (Purchasing, SLA and Value-Added Services).
• Working knowledge of relevant ERP systems, e.g. SAP.
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Strong client orientation and able to analyze client needs.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and able to make decisions in complex situations.
• Ability to work in a team within a multicultural environment.
• Capacity to assume responsibilities and able to perform under pressure.
• Be prepared for international travel.
