Job description:
We are looking for a position as Supply Developer for Global Transport Manager within Ericsson Distribution Logistics.
The Supply Developer role is considered key competence in the TMS transformation program. Develops distribution in terms of new solutions together with Regional Distribution Managers and Regional Distribution Coordinators as well as sourcing activities. The Supply Developer ensures Operational Excellence in the deployment of distribution process by leading, defining and deploying the strategy and process for the whole or a part of the operations of the distribution process and its related tools.
The Supply Developer co-ordinates cross-functional improvements within Supply and supports the line organization in their deployment.
Qualifications & Education:
• Bachelor degree or similar within relevant areas or corresponding work experience
• Good insight in Ericsson's products
• Good knowlede of the Distribution process
• Significant Supply chain experience and Ericsson Supply flows
• Good knowledge of Ericsson's order process
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• SAP ONE
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
Personal Traits:
• Excellent ability to communicate and document relevant work instructions
• Good administrative skills
• Good ability to work in team and with people from different cultures
• Experience of training activities
• Open minded for changes
