Supply Coordinator (Temporary)

The Demand & Supply Chain Organization is responsible for managing the supply of goods from factories and suppliers to sales companies and distributors. All communication between sales companies/distributors and factories/suppliers, with regards to forecasts, orders, delivery information etc, is routed via this department.

As Supply Coordinator you play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. We are at an interesting stage of development and we want someone who can support us with this progress.

Areas of responsibility
• Secure delivery performance according to targets in order to serve our customers' expectations
• Provide forecasts and orders to factories/suppliers on a regular basis and monitor delivery performance
• Analyze forecasts to ensure that factories/suppliers are provided with the correct information
• Be in close contact with factories/suppliers and inform organization on supply plans / deviations
• Inventory management
• Agree and follow up on flexibility levels with factories/suppliers
• In case bottlenecks, ensure fair supply according to agreed allocation
• Coordinate product phase in/out
• Direct contact to sales companies connected to central/regional warehouses
• Handle claims and goods returns
• Develop and improve current processes

Qualifications
We require someone who has international experience in this area and/or has a university degree in logistics or economics. Fluent English, both spoken and written is required.

As a person you should be target oriented and used to taking initiatives and decisions. You should also be analytical, structured and thorough. Being service minded and flexible is natural for you. The work includes creating long-term relationships and co-operation with international customers and colleagues within Husqvarna Group.

Location & Timing
We are looking for 1-2 persons, both on an experienced and entry level. Both positions will be time limited to 8-15 months. The job is located at our Huskvarna office.
