Supply Coordinator, Temporary position-LUN0000PO

As a Supply Coordinator within Supply Chain Operations you'll be responsible for managing a set of various sourcing and administrative tasks to support the supply managers.

Supplier Management manages the Supply Base for Tetra Pak's outsourced production of Capital Equipment. As Supply Coordinator within Module & Drawn Component Purchasing you are part of a team that is responsible to develop business relations with our suppliers to achieve and align with Tetra Pak's strategic targets for all manufactured and assembled parts and modules.

This position is a temporary 1-year contract until March 2016.

Main responsibilities
• Support Master Data accuracy of the global suppliers, contracts and materials
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure interaction point trough communication and networking
• Collect and analyse supplier data
• Support stakeholders with analysis
• Support the contract, sourcing and supplier base management processes

Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be self-motivated with a drive to seek knowledge and add value to the organization. You have great communication and analytical skills and are a true team player. You bring a strong sense of structure and responsibility to the position and can work independently.

We believe you have a few years work experience combined with a technical understanding. Your English and Swedish language skills are excellent and you are an advanced user of Excel. Previous experience in using SAP is an advantage.
