hela Sverige Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Supply Chain Super User to support our growing operations on Group level. Reporting to the BPO, the Super User will be a key member of the Group Supply Chain Team providing technical support to the business.
This is a newly created position as Verisure is growing and building a talented and passionate Group Procurement & Supply Chain Team. The Group Procurement & Supply Chain organization is evolving from a decentralized to a centralized driven model to become more strategic, with higher value and higher impact ROI projects.
In this role you will give global support and be the go-to person for impacted stakeholders across the organization. You will validate Supply Chain processes and technology, provide training to end users as well as give go live and post go live support. Furthermore, we will expect you to provide in-depth Oracle ERP cloud solution functional knowledge to support changes, upgrades and releases.
The Group Supply Chain Super User will be expected to:
* Possess a deep functional understanding of the implemented cloud solution within the business and their pillar specialism.
* Provide informal support to general colleague queries.
* Provide in-depth cloud solution functional knowledge to support changes into Oracle Solution processes or policies with the business responsibilities (continuous improvement).
* Review and evaluate the new features included in Oracle Service Packs (quarterly updates).
* Provide training to end users (refresh training cycles on existing functionalities, new functionalities, etc.).
* Validate processes within the business and their pillar specialism resulting from updates or changes.
* Support low level incidents and helpdesk tickets resolution related to the Process (1st level of support - quick resolution and guidance).

What you bring
* 3-5 years relevant experience, as part of an international team in a large organization.
* Experience managing ERP solutions, ideally Oracle ERP cloud, as a heavy end user, technical owner, implementer, super user, buyer or system administrator.
* Experience in Process Improvement.
* Familiarity with compliance and governance controls.
* University Degree, preferably Graduate in Business, IT or Engineering.
* Advanced level on Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
