hela Sverige Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Supply Chain Super User to support our growing operations on Group level. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the Super User will be a key member of the Group Supply Chain Team with critical impact on the business.
This is a newly created position as Verisure is growing and building a talented and passionate Group Procurement & Supply Chain Team. The Group Procurement & Supply Chain organization is evolving from a decentralized to a centralized driven model to become more strategic, with higher value and higher impact ROI projects.
The global experts who would be the go-to person for impacted stakeholders across the organisation, validates Supply Chain processes and technology, provides training to end users, gives go live and post go live support. Provides in-depth Oracle ERP cloud solution functional knowledge to support changes, upgrades and releases. Including functional training, validation and user support. Provides informal support to general colleague queries.
The Group Supply Chain Super User will be expected:
* To possess a deep functional understanding of the implemented cloud solution within the business and their pillar specialism.
* To provide informal support to general colleague queries.
* To provide in-depth cloud solution functional knowledge to support changes into Oracle Solution processes or policies with the business responsibilities (continuous improvement).
* To review and evaluate the new features included in Oracle Service Packs (quarterly updates).
* To provide training to end users (refresh training cycles on existing functionalities, new functionalities, etc.).
* To validate processes within the business and their pillar specialism resulting from updates or changes.
* Supporting low level incidents and helpdesk tickets resolution related to the Process (1st level of support - quick resolution and guidance).

What you bring
We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a real impact on the business.
* 5 years relevant experience, as part of an international team in a large organization.
* Extensive experience managing ERP solutions, ideally Oracle ERP cloud, as a heavy end user, technical owner, implementer, super user, buyer or system administrator.
* Experience in Process Improvement.
* Familiarity with compliance and governance controls.
* Strong matrix management skills and ability to oversee tasks delegated to others.
* University Degree, preferably Graduate in Business, IT or Engineering.
* Advanced level on Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
