We are looking for a Supply Chain Strategy Specialist to work with our expert team of seven employees. Do you have a passion for project lead and strategic supply chain planning in a global environment? Then we would love to hear from you!
What you'll do
Support GSC Resins strategy formulation, deployment, execution and governance activities, including (but not limited to) Hoshin Kanri and DBS Policy Deployment (Danaher Business Systems).
Lead or support strategic planning activities and projects on behalf of GSC Resin and technologies e.g. multi-site NPI strategies, cross site CAPEX coordination, scenario planning, Make/Buy & Make Where analysis, transfer/localization projects etc.
Design and launch operating mechanics to supervise and improve organizations performance over time.
Lead or support cross functional initiatives to improve performance and build capabilities in line with GCS Resin and Technologies strategic direction
Identify, scope and lead/support capability building initiatives in the organization e.g. operating mechanics, process improvements.
Collaborate with Resin Franchise, R&D, QA, HR, Global Opex Team and other relevant functions to identify and realize W2W commonalities and value.
Who you are
Minimum of a bachelor's degree with a strong preference for scientific, engineering, business, or supply chain subjects.
Minimum 8 years' experience from strategic supply chain work e.g. projects, manufacturing, sourcing, etc. Experience from small scale and/or flexible chemical manufacturing is an advantage.
Some years experience of working in roles with global scope is desired.
Solid ability to formulate, deploy and govern operations strategy.
Ability to lead complexity and perform in an ambiguous environment.
Strong presentation skills, written and verbal as well as effective interpersonal, teamwork & networking skills.
Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm to inspire change.
