MultiMind is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist with strong SAP (SD/MM/PP/APO) skills and experience of working with SAP Master Data for a global telecom company headquarted in Stockholm.

Job Description

The Master Data Management unit is responsible for managing the Master Data component within the company. Creating and maintaining accurate and complete Master Data is key to the business operations. It is used by several functions and stored in different systems across organization which makes it complex. The MDM unit secures that company has a high-quality and consistent set of Master Data through an efficient Master Data handling processes that the Service Delivery unit in Asia executes.

The main responsibility is to develop and manage the Master Data handling processes which includes the following:

• Managing all Master Data processes related issues
• Catch and solve issues, document Master Data maintenance changes from new demands
• Analyze and address maintenance processes changes
• Identify efficiency improvements for maintenance processes
• Provide and maintain documentation for Master Data processes, procedures and work instructions
• Coordinate Master Data related system improvements
• Support with expert competence for material, product, and other production related Master Data

Desired Skills & Experience

• Very good general SAP knowledge and good special knowledge of at least 2 of following modules/components: SD, MM, PP, APO
• Experience of Master Data
• Analytical and good ability to handle data
• Fast learner
• Self driven and goal oriented
• Attention to detail but also able to understand the context and how different parts interact
• Structured in way of working and able to handle different tasks in a high pace and flexible environment
• Good written and spoken communication skills, i.e. both documentation and presentations for an audience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
