CPAC Systems develops a broad range of electronic products but all production is outsourced to suppliers and preferred production partners. Description & required skills
In your role as supply chain specialist, we expect you to have broad social skills and enjoy working with a variety of different tasks where you will also take a natural role in optimizing work routines and processes as we grow. You will be working with all phases of a product, from new development to spare parts in the aftermarket and you will be the famous person that "ties all loose ends together". The result is uninterrupted outsourced production and that our customers get what they want on time. To be able to do this, you must understand and be able to adapt and apply the processes of SCM (Supply Chain Management) as required since our customers and suppliers are of different levels of maturity and need different amounts of support from us.
As a person, you like taking own initiatives and you have a talent for independently drive tasks forward. You have a strong ability to prioritize tasks and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. Your humble and positive attitude has provided you with good communication skills and you have a keen analytical mind. If you are the kind of person that likes to understand how all pieces fit together and if like to join our team within SCM that works with all phases of a product, from new development to spare parts on the aftermarket, then we would like to talk to you.
Main responsibilities
• Production planning
• Order management
• Delivery control
• Phasing in and phasing out of products
• Inventory optimization
• Logistic analysis: analyze customer needs, prognosis and processes
• SCM support to colleagues within R&D
Desired skills
We require at least a few years of experience in logistics / supply chain management and it is an advantage if you have worked at Volvo or have similar experience within the automotive industry. As English is our primary company language, you need to be fully proficient in it in both speech and writing. You also need to have good knowledge using the Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Previous experience from working with Monitor is meriting but not a prerequisite.
