hela Sverige Group Security is seeking a highly motivated colleague to join our team. You will be a driving force in protecting our operations and ensuring the resilience of our supply chain.
Your role
This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute tactical and operational tasks effectively.
In your role you will work with security experts and experts whitin the areas, Procurement, Stakeholders and Suppliers.
The main areas within Supply Chain Security are: Security Requirements for Suppliers, Audit & Follow up, Supply Risk & Incidents and Awareness. Ranging from Strategical, tactical and to operational tasks.
You will work with colleagues that are experts and specialist within different security areas, close collaboration with other internal stakeholders incl. Procurement. In your role you will bring your area forward, drive and participate in different improvement projects. Deliver according to targets and the strategic operational plan.
Organization will look at you for leadership and support within your area of expertise and you will be a key player in ensuring risk mitigation, compliance and raising security awareness.
Your profile
Key responsibilities will include:

Development and implementation of Supply Chain framework within your area.

Set at strategical operational plan and deliver identified tasks and working packages.

Managing supply chain risks and incidents
*
Improvement projects and cross functional collaborations

Operational guidance and support
Required skills:
*
Structured, performance driven and enjoys cooperation with others.
*
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
*
Experience from working with improvements and requirements in a multistakeholder environment.
*
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written.
Desired skills:

Experience from working with Security, Customer contracts or Procurement
*
Experience of supply chain, process, methods and tools
*
Experience of security standards
Personal qualities will be of great importance.
You are trustworthy with a strong personal drive and passion for supply chain. As Supply chain security Manager at Saab, you are likely to get in contact with classified information.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
