AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

The focus for the SC Coordinator is to drive the execution of all related supply chain activities from development pass off to the delivery to our warehouse or external partners. It is under the SC Coordinator's responsibility that products are being ordered and delivered according to the set goals. Moreover, the SC Coordinator will own the execution of the Drop of the Week (DotW) schedule to create a variety and solid sales plan and deliver drops on time.

The SC Coordinator will be the main contact between development, wholesale, marketing, and finance, coordinating that each department will get the information that is necessary at any given time.

The SC Coordinator will have daily external contact with factories and suppliers and will own the final cost for the products and the information in our systems (stock, prices, delivery dates, ...)

JOB ASSIGNMENTS

Products:

• Ensure that all products have necessary production specifications and that all sources share the same information (Factories, Devt Team)
• Responsible for the product prices and planning with the factories in partnership with the product development team
• Provide all product supply chain information to the factories (EAN, delivery location, Qty, Prices)

Order Management:

• Assemble buying orders for each selling season and coordinate production planning.
• Plan production lead time with and inform stakeholders about the delivery schedule in line with the main critical path.
• Managing the re-order process and internal stock.
• Liaising with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
• Provide regular shipping updates by market/season/drops and highlight any issues arising from our shipping performance.
• Follow up raw material production in partnership with our finish goods factories
• Provide forecast and negotiate capacity booking with factories

Production:

• Work closely with planning and merchandising to understand product needs, re-orders and delivery of orders.
• Work alongside product developers to understand the current and future needs of product developments, changes in materials, quality, production type, etc.
• Plan production to secure materials and packaging are available on time.
• Follow up on factories performance through KPI and penalties when applicable
• Liaise with the quality team to validate inspection prior to shipments

Financial:

• Follow up on deliveries and update systems for a smooth invoice and inbound process.
• Negotiate payment terms with suppliers

Processes

• Participate in the process development for supply chain and help scale up the department workflows
• Own the weekly tasks and bring suggestions for constant improvements
• Own the execution of the DotW

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or graduate degree in the relevant subject matter.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in production management/supply chain / Buying

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented and meticulous.

• Product management skills and comfort handling pressured deadlines
• Can work under pressure
• Comfortable with handling a lot of data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical skills
• Willingness to travel
