What you'll do?As our Supply Chain Prototype Planner, it is your responsibility to ensure that the supply of products meet our customer and prototype departments demand and minimum stock levels. The goal is to deliver efficient, effective and quality based solutions that meets the requirements of our different stakeholders. To reach this goal you will work closely with our suppliers, internal and external customer as well as our different functions within Veoneer such as Engineering, Production and Logistics.
Additionally, as our Supply Chain Prototype Planner your responsibility also includes developing new processes and ways of working to support the Logistics team achieve their long-term targets.
Your responsibilities:
• Ensure correct and in time deliveries of prototypes to external and internal customers
• Handling and processing customer purchase orders
• Production planning of prototypes
• Support an effective material planning to Veoneer suppliers
• Continuously develop and improve the collaboration with internal and external customers
• Actively work with continuous improvement of working methods for our prototype planning

You are a multitasker and you thrive in an environment with a pulse, constantly working towards a deadline.
You are used to and enjoy working both independently and in teams, driving your work forward. You understand the different roles involved in the product planning and what you all are trying to accomplish. You see yourself as driven person with a sense for structure and responsibility. You're able to see possibilities for improvements in your daily work and enjoy working with process development
Level (diploma) required:
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Engineering or Accounting degrees
Other required skills:
• Experience within Supply Chain planning
• Good knowledge in English both written and verbal
• Good IT-knowledge, experience with Movex and PLM is highly merited
• Good knowledge in the Veoneer product line is merited
