Project Manager Supply Chain (SPM) is responsible to professionally manage PCP projects within Supply Chain Quality, including scoping, planning, scheduling, leading, following-up, and reporting. He/she focuses on improvement of teamwork and processes, coordination and communication within the company as well as with suppliers.
Key accountabilities
• Introduce products to meet consistent quality, capacity, and flexibility at our EMS supplier's manufacturing/repair processes
• To secure that products are manufactured/repaired according to supply guidelines regarding quality, capacity, and lead time
• Synchronize the work of product introduction with maintenance/improvements, and maintenance/PCP projects
• Supply Chain (incl. repair) development within PCP
• Manage project progress with EMS supplier through PCP e.g., cost, QMP, yield, capacity efficiency and pre-series
• Implement, review, and follow up change orders towards EMS suppliers
• Participate in project core teamwork for the different product lines'
• Head project meetings within Supply Chain
• Visit EMS suppliers on demand
• Co-operate with other functions in Sourcing, Supply, Marketing, IT & R&D

Your background
The candidate for this role should have:
• Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in Supply Chain and/or Quality Assurance
• Certification in Project Management (e.g. Prince2 Practitioner, PMP professional, IPMA minimum level B, Scrum)
• Proven track record of successful leading projects and project teams, ideally in Logistics management
• Proven track record of building, maintaining, and developing supplier relations and a strong supplier base
• Excellent project and program management skills
• Excellent planning, organizing and implementation skills
• Capability to create and maintain supplier and customer relations
• Strong business orientation and drive for achievement
• Ambitious, flexible and target oriented
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
