hela Sverige Now we are strengthening our Value Added Service (VAS) function and with a newly created position as Supply Chain Project Manager VAS, belonging to the Nordic Supply Chain organisation. Your job will be to take our VAS processes to the next level by forming and designing this newly created position and continuously drive improvements going forward. The main activities for the VAS function are pre-packed displays, gift packs or customized products which are a vital part to support Beiersdorf business and brands. Production takes place either in the local warehouse or with external subcontractors. In this role you have extensive contacts with all functions within Beiersdorf Nordics and with colleagues in the greater, global, Beiersdorf Supply Chain network.
Key tasks
• Represent the Supply Chain organisation during product development phase of new VAS/promotion projects during creation and set up phase and translate the commercial need into physical product requirements
• Search and develop pro-actively improvement areas supporting our need for efficient, flexible and cost-optimized VAS business
• Define relevant PI and KPI supporting set Supply Chain targets and set up VAS-dashboard
• Prepare and steer VAS-production meeting with our third party warehouse
• Documentation of supplier performance and develop relationship with existing suppliers, scan supplier landscape, drive tendering process and implement new suppliers
• University Degree within relevant areas such as Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering
• 3 - 5 years' experience of similar work tasks including packaging development, production planning or warehouse operations
• Experience in initiating, leading and finishing projects in a cross functional context
• Purchasing experience including supplier negotiation
• Experience in SAP R3 / APO or other ERP-system
• Fluent in English, an additional Nordic language is an advantage
• High knowledge of MS office, in particular Excel required
• Experience from fast moving consumer goods business is a plus
