Bygghemma Nordic, part of BHG Group, is one of the Nordics' leading e-commerce players in building, home, and garden products. With Bygghemma.se as one of our core platforms, we bring together an extensive digital assortment, inspiring showrooms, and a comprehensive service offering - creating a seamless customer experience across channels. Our ambition is to make home improvement easier, smarter, and more accessible for customers across the Nordics.
Do you want to play a key role in shaping the future of Supply Chain in one of the Nordics' leading e-commerce environments? Are you passionate about process development, automation, and leveraging AI to drive efficiency and growth? Then this could be the role for you.
We are now looking for a Supply Chain Process Developer to join our team and take ownership of developing, optimizing, and modernizing end-to-end Supply Chain processes across our international operations.
About the role
As our Supply Chain Process Developer, you will be responsible for owning, documenting, developing, and continuously improving end-to-end Supply Chain processes. The role has a strong focus on sourcing, inbound and outbound logistics flows, and e-commerce operations across multiple legal entities internationally.
You will play a key role in leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Acting as a central advisor and enabler to both the Supply Chain organization and the tech organization, you will ensure that processes, systems, and automated solutions are aligned with business objectives and customer promises.
This is a role where you will drive change initiatives that modernize Supply Chain operations and support profitable growth in a complex, multi-company e-commerce environment.
Key responsibilities

Own, document, and continuously develop end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including sourcing, supplier collaboration, inbound logistics, warehousing, outbound logistics, and returns flows

Identify and drive opportunities for AI and automation within Supply Chain processes (e.g., demand forecasting support, sourcing optimization, logistics planning, exception handling, and master data quality)

Analyze and optimize logistics flows from supplier to end customer using data and automation to reduce lead times, improve delivery precision, and lower costs

Act as a sparring partner to Supply Chain and Tech teams regarding process design, sourcing strategies, logistics setup, and automation initiatives

Lead change and improvement initiatives - from idea and business case through implementation and follow-up - with a strong focus on continuous improvement

Identify and propose process enhancements based on KPIs, analytics, and AI-driven insights

Ensure Supply Chain processes are standardized across Nordic entities where applicable, while enabling necessary local adaptations

Facilitate cross-functional workshops to map, improve, and automate sourcing and logistics processes

Who you are
You are a structured and forward-thinking Supply Chain professional who enjoys working at the intersection of process, business, and technology. You're driven by improving how things work - and you thrive when turning complexity into scalable, automated solutions.
You combine analytical strength with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset and feel comfortable collaborating across functions such as Supply Chain, Tech, Commercial, and Operations. You are curious about emerging technologies like AI and automation and motivated by using them to create real business impact.
You're also a strong communicator who can translate operational needs into process and system improvements - and vice versa.
What we offer
You'll step into a high-impact role where process, technology, and business meet. Working in a fast-growing Nordic e-commerce environment, you'll have the opportunity to influence how Supply Chain operates - today and in the future.
We offer a collaborative, forward-leaning environment where innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
