Your role
In your role, you will coordinate and manage the material needs of our ongoing projects so that the right material is available at the right time.
The supply of materials is influenced by a number of different stakeholders, all of whom play an important part in the whole, such as design, production , purchasing, project planning, warehousing and Installation/hangar.
The work means that you will mainly post articles, create purchasing needs (Requisitions), coordinate material needs and inform about the status to the project and its stakeholders. The role also means that you actively seek information and work together with all different parts of our business. You will handle a lot of information and a great deal of work is done in IFS Sherpa and Excel.
The main tasks are:
* planning of products and included articles based on the established project plan
* perform a need's analysis and adapt the needs with regard to purchasing and manufacturing capacities
* analyze and follow-up of the delivery plans
* together with concerned production manager prioritize between orders when resource or
* material conflicts exist
* look after and update the articles base data in the ERP system
* govern the storage levels and capitalization
* act to optimize lead times and batch formations
Your profile
For this role, you need previous experience in coordinating and managing material needs. You have very good Excel knowledge and have experience working with IFS or other equivalent business system. You master English very well, both orally and in writing.
As a person you are self-sufficient and structure your work yourself. You have an easy way to collaborate with others in a responsive and smooth way. The role also requires that you be careful and have the will and ability to help others find solutions.
Required skills:
* Good knowledge in Excel
* IFS or equivalent ERP system

* Aviation experience
* Export control
* Shipping abroad
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

We supply Special Misson Aircraft (AEW / MPA / MSA) and as a result of our operations we also include other business units and business areas within Saab, great demands are placed on our collaborative capacity and our network building.
