The Position
Danone AB is currently looking for a temporary Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our Scandinavian Supply Chain team, placed in Solna, that is responsible for supply chain operations for Danone Dairy & Juice Supply Chain in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

The ideal candidate has experience and documented skills of leading a team of minimum 5 staff and experience in driving projects.

Start of the assignment is not later than 1st of december and will at least run for 3 months.

What will be your job?
You will be leading a team of 4 people and be based in Stockholm. You will be responsible for the customer service, logistics and planning for Scandinavian markets and report directly to the Supply Chain Director Nordics, who is based in Stockholm. You will need to regularly travel within Scandinavia and sometimes through Europe for the job.

Your main tasks will consit of:
• Working on permanent improvement and development for the team and the planning and customer service function.
• Manage daily operations, making sure performance is within defined limits (service levels, costs)
• Manage operational contacts with logistic provider(s).

You will be part of a young and dynamic company with ambitious growth rate, with the ambition of bringing on the dairy and juice market quality products, combining taste and health benefits. You will be part of a small but focused team, in a friendly and flexible working environment.

Who are we looking for?
• You have a Master Degree
• You have min. 5 years of experience from a Supply Chain position, preferably within planning or customer service
• Drive for change
• People management experience
• You are enthusiastic, flexible and you have an entrepreneurial mentality
• You are a person with a high sense of responsibility, able to keep up in a fast working environment and working as a team-player
• You are fluent in English, and at least one of the Scandinavian languages, both orally and written.
