Your mission will be to be the financial business partner to the Supply Chain team, the role as SC Controller enables Oatly doing better business alongside driving financial stability, control and compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead monthly financial cycle of actual reporting for SC
Own the system for effective financial reporting and understanding, incl. the design of RoR's and markets/central
Active sparring partner in understanding cost drivers in value chain and linking to finance and business context
Together with SC team, actively drive to continuously improve cost improvement agenda
Best practice sharing and learnings between markets in understanding of costs, drivers, visualization and follow-up
Drive standardized reporting in Power BI
Business partner to assess business cases

Are you the person we are looking for?
You'vereadabout the role andnowyour imagination isflying at full speed.Hereare the qualities we'relooking for... do you recognize them in yourself? Apart from being a highly skilled professional, we're looking for someone who's business-minded and adept at problem-solving, taking ownership of their area of expertise. We expect you to have several years of experience as a business controller or in a similar role. Additionally, we hope you have extensive experience working with Excel!

Curious mindset, keen to understand value chain through visiting warehouses, factories and where our products meet consumers and customers
True desire to help all markets win in each category, through understanding true cost to serve and profitability
Positive spirit, wanting to translate insights into business opportunities
Structured approach to ensure clear, simple and effective processes for monthly financial reviews
Challenging mindset - expect things to be incorrect until opposite proven
Excellent Excel skills and fluent in English
