hela Sverige Responsibilities, in this specific role you will:
• Support warehouses in our key markets for best product availability in all our store channels
• Support warehouse in creating an overview of high allocation and replenishment periods based on income and selling
• Communicate and follow-up with the logistics department to make sure that their activity supports the selling and stock goals in our key markets
• Lead a close collaboration with buying office when necessary in regards to optimal buying levels
• Creating and gathering learnings and insights for a great supply chain for interior products
• Having the overview and knowledge of our supply chain systems
• Visit warehouse and stores frequently to give support and be an ambassador for the brand
You will be located at H&M Home's head office in Stockholm and report to the Global Head of Merchandising. The role would require travelling on a monthly basis. Start date as soon as possible.
Profile & Key Requirements, to be successful in this role we believe that you are:
• Passionate and nerdy about great product availability for our customer from production to store
• Minimum 10 years of work experience within retail industry
• Minimum 3 years of work experience within merchandising with interior products
• Excited about being part of developing a smooth supply chain optimized for interior products
• We see that you have several years of leadership experience from a larger organization, preferably retail industry
• An analytical, structured leader type with strong communicative skills. Able to pedagogically explain and communicate goals, results and the best way of working for different audiences. Not afraid to drive a team forward!
• Have experience from either supply chain and/or stores
