Could you picture yourself in an international environment with high level of responsibility and freedom to affect the way of how we work with WCM, Supply Chain Packaging Materials, Processes and People?
As Supply Chain Master Pillar Leader within SCO Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) you will develop and spread WCM knowledge and methodologies to improve the performance of our global PM/AM supply chain. You will work with and support the WCM community and the team to advance WCM methods and application.
The mission of Process Performance within SCO ISC is to modernize the OFPM Process Platform, increase usage of Advance Analytics, Continuous Improvements and effective Competence Development.
The position is based in Lund.
Main responsibilities
• Develop and implement global standard tools
• Improve global loss intelligence system and drive global teams on the biggest losses
• Advance and continuously improve methodology
• Be a subject matter expert and spread knowledge and tools
• Support and audit Cluster SC Pillars and teams
• Benchmarking and coordinating global efforts
Qualifications
To be successful in this position and to add value to the organisation, you need to be self-motivated with a high personal drive.
Furthermore, you are well organised with good analytical skills. You also possess very good interpersonal skills, have a natural authority and are a strong communicator in different hierarchical levels and you are excellent in both spoken and written English.
You hold an Engineering Degree (BSc or MSc) and/ or Supply Chain. You have solid knowledge of WCM methodology and are experienced in usage of quality tools & methods used within WCM, Six sigma, Lean or similar production improvement methodologies. You possess very good leadership skills with proven experience leading continuous improvement teams. We also value experiences in change management.
