This role focuses on maximizing revenue generation opportunities by efficient and timely management of the planning processes, whilst ensuring the provision of excellent customer service by effective management of the Nordics reverse logistics, depot repair and external logistics provider activities, in accordance with local postal and environmental regulations.
Job tasks:
• Creation and active monitoring of Supply Plans and Purchase Orders/ production orders to ensure delivery is to plan and agreed financial targets are met.
• Management of product and component availability in the correct locations from both internal and external sources in order to meet planned revenue targets.
• Overseeing all collection, reuse and management activity, including receiving, categorization and disposition, of all product returns and arranging product return’s to central remanufacturing, repair and distribution facilities to maximize purchase avoidance and product disposition.
• Management of process and reporting measures for local spares satellite fulfillment activity to maximize field service levels to customers.
• Daily management and operational requirements of the outsourced Nordic Regional Distribution Centre, e.g. setting, monitoring and achievement of all agreed targets (financial, customer service, internal stakeholders etc).
• Management and control of departmental targets and budgets to support achievement of overall Supply chain targets; both financial and customer service related.
• Review, develop and present key monthly metrics in order to provide opportunities for continuous improvement for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Management of all Reverse Supply Chain activity to ensure effective inventory control throughout the region and achievement of customer satisfaction targets.
• Project lead business change and transformation projects, to ensure delivery is to plan and agreed financial/customer targets are met/exceeded.
Experience/qualifications:
• Solid business experience or relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated success in implementing major business changes
• Experience of working with external logistics providers
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A track record of management within a successful “process driven” organization.
• Proven skills in developing individuals and teams
• Ability to respond quickly to the changing needs of the Supply Chain and wider business
• Influencing skills both internal and external at all levels across the business
• Fluent in either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and business English language
• Basic education qualification in Mathematics and English
