Site Perstorp is one of the Perstorp Group's largest production sites with a number of chemical plants and energy production on one site. Site Perstorp has around 300 employees.
In this recruitment we cooperate with Manpower Professional Engineering.
Work description
You are responsible for leading and developing Supply Chain within Site Perstorp, which includes internal and external logistics, warehouse, planning and purchase. Supply Chain operates in close cooperation with external partners as well as internal partners and corporate functions.
The area of responsibility is broad but the demand for continuously improving ways of working is common for all parts of the function. As a manager you need to assure right competences within your organisation as well as to develop these further. Your role will be to drive development of working processes, on all levels in your organisation. You need to have our customers perspective and there must be the same perspective in your organisation.
You will be a part of Site Perstorp's management team and as such actively drive Site Perstorp's performance. You will report directly to the Managing Director. The position is located in Perstorp.
Who are you?
You should have a master's degree in engineering or an MBA and experience of working within the Supply Chain field. You have an excellent command of the English language. Production experience is a merit.
You should have excellent leadership- and communication skills, be driven and very capable at involving and delegating.
