The Supply Chain Manager is in charge of Procurement, Customer Service, Planning and Design departments. In total there are 17 employees in these departments.
In this position you are responsible for all processes involving customer orders, production planning, operational procurement within the production unit in Ersmark. The role includes responsibility for order back-log, lead time for production and delivery performance. Other important areas are optimizing the design and procurement processes.
As Supply Chain Manager you will need to demonstrate a professional leadership in order to lead and develop your groups.
To fulfill your obligations both domestic and international travel can occur.
The Supply Chain Manager is a part of the local Management group and reports directly to Operations Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this position you need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Technology or equivalent. We believe you have a minimum of 3-5-year experience in production, management, procurement and/or sales. You are familiar with LEAN-production from an industrial point of view.
It is an advantage if you have experience from SAP and you must feel comfortable working with different IT-solutions.
You have excellent communication skills, and fluency in speaking and writing English and Swedish is a prerequisite for the position.
As a person you are well motivated, flexible and able to interact and communicate with customers, suppliers and coworkers around the world.
It is important that you are action oriented with an interest in developing individuals as well as your teams
