hela Sverige Integration Diagnostics and its core products, Penguin RFA and Osseo100 measures dental implant stability to support the clinicians' decision for when to load an implant. The technique has been developed in close cooperation with clinicians and experts in the field of dental implantology. Resonance Frequency Analysis (RFA) and the measurement unit Implant Stability Quotient (ISQ) were introduced into the dental implant industry in 2001 and are now considered as established methods for measuring implant stability and osseointegration.
In 2015, in response to the dental community's need for an accessible ISQ measuring system, Integration Diagnostics Sweden AB (IDSAB) was founded. Sales have developed rapidly with sales in + 70 countries globally.
The products have been received extremely well by the market, and continued rapid growth is expected moving forward.
In November 2018, Integration Diagnostics Sweden AB (IDSAB) became part of the Japanese company Nakanishi Inc. Nakanishi Inc., is a leading manufacturer of professional dental instruments including the world's top-share brand "NSK". All its products are developed and manufactured in Japan and distributed to 135 countries around the globe. Integration Diagnostics are an innovative medtech company looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for our production, purchasing, and logistics operations while leading and developing a small, skilled team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to operational excellence, securing robust global sourcing and production capacity, and ensuring reliable delivery to our customers worldwide. You will work closely with R&D, Quality, and Commercial teams and play a vital role in supporting product launches and future growth.
Main responsibilities
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for effectiveness, efficiency, and operational excellence across the supply chain, including:
• Lead and continuously improve production, purchasing, and logistics operations
• Secure global sourcing and production capacity, performance, and scalability
• Plan and manage production in line with launch plans and customer requirements
• Ensure correct, effective, and on-time delivery to customers
• Develop and lead your team, including skills development and performance management
• Improve and maintain facilities, components, storage solutions, planning setup, work environment, and security
• Establish and manage strategic alliances with suppliers and critical service providers
• Lead supplier negotiations and establish supplier agreements
• Work closely with R&D and actively participate in R&D projects from a supply chain perspective
• Plan and lead external audits of suppliers and distributors
• Continue to implement existing ERP system (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) for supply chain and production
The position is based in Gothenburg, and you will report directly to CEO.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with
• Engineering degree or similar relevant experience
• Several years of experience in supply chain management within medtech, life sciences, or another regulated industry
• Proven experience leading and developing a small team
• Strong knowledge of production planning, purchasing, logistics, and supplier management
• Experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Understanding of regulatory and quality requirements (e.g. MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 9001)
• Experience in NC and CAPA
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of Swedish are required
