Biomaterials division is looking for an experienced supply chain manager for a key position to manage our pulp supply from Sweden to our global customer portfolio.
Description
Main responsibilities
* Supply chain team leadership
* Process owner of mill production planning
* Coordination and planning of pulp supply from Skutskär to our customers globally in close operation with Biomaterials sales team and customer service services
* Mill warehouse management
* Customer and supplier relationship management
* Chain of Custody reporting
* Cooperation with the Stora Enso logistics and terminals
* Coordination of wood ordering process of the mill
* S&OP and production planning process development
* Supply chain development projects
Qualifications
* University degree in business or engineering
* Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in supply chain, customer service, operations or logistics
* Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish is mandatory. Other languages are considered as a merit
* Strong leadership skills
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Proactive and willing to take responsibility
* Ability to assess business cases and create scenario analysis
* Ability to work independently
* Flexibility and ability to handle stress
* Experience in project management
The person will report to Senior Supply Chain Director, Biomaterials.
Location
Gävle - Skutskär. The position requires travelling in Europe.
