NA-KD, a global online fashion company and one of the top 20 fastest growing companies in Europe, is currently looking for an innovative and executive Supply Chain Manager to lead the development of the company's international production and supply chain. NA-KD has an annual revenue run rate of over $70 million, with millions of page views everyday and shipping to over 130 countries per month.
The Supply Chain Manager will lead our vertical production process from A-Z to create an even faster and more agile supply chain. This includes reviewing, designing and implementing new processes both internally as well as with key suppliers. The role also includes building up the company's CSR function.

Responsibilities:
Set and achieve strategic goals to lead NA-KD to a more agile and sustainable supply chain by:
• Ensuring a process-oriented and data driven workflow within the production, purchasing and design departments.
• Finding, developing, and assuring great relationships with suppliers worldwide, by being "on the ground" visiting current and potential suppliers
• Conducting relevant supplier assessments and analysis
• Negotiate terms initially and ongoing to assure best possible product margins and lead times for the purchase and design team
• Coordinate the purchasing department and assure that it is working effective and structured toward shorter lead times and improved margins.
• Manage and evaluate relevant supply chain KPIs.
• Be responsible for and further develop NA-KD's CSR initiatives to ensure ethical and strategic sourcing for production of the NA-KD brand.
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Skills:
• 5+ years experience from developing and managing an agile supply chain.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business administration.
• Solid experience of all elements within material and external production.
• Experience from international purchasing and production.
• Good technical understanding of the e-commerce environment.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Previous work experience from the fashion industry and with a proven network of suppliers is a plus.

• Analytical and good sense for business and numbers. Process-oriented and data-driven.
